Please welcome our newest employee, James to the team!

It is always nerve-racking coming into a new company and trying to break the ice. Ensuring that new employees feel comfortable is crucial to building a positive transition within a company. We thought it would be fun to ask James a few questions to get to know him a little better.


Q: What is your official work title?
A: Marketing & Graphic Design Associate

Q: Can you tell us more about your professional experience/history?
A: My previous career has been in advertising as a Sr. Art Director and front end digital designer. I have worked with clients spanning multiple markets. I have worked in print, TV, and some web.

Q: What do you like to do outside of work?
A: I enjoy spending time with my son / best friend, two more of my loves are coaching high level ice hockey and working out. I also enjoy time with family and friends, local fests and concerts.

Q: What are your greatest travel experience?
A: I haven’t traveled much due to coaching, but I did visit Sandestin Florida once and it was gorgeous. I’m looking forward to traveling more in the future and fill that bucket list.

Q: Favorite movie?
A: There are so many to choose, but if I have to pick I would have to choose Casino or Wolf of Wall Street.

Q: Guilty pleasure music artist?
A: Tony Bennett

Q: What is something that inspires you?
A: Molding young minds and athletes while having the pleasure to see these individuals grow as adults.

Q: What would you say your professional goal would be now that you are employed at Percipia?
A: I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge, my creativity, and my network while working with an amazingly bright team and learning about the Percipia product line.
